All In Light Luxury Hotel

The location is the one thing we liked, with restaurants and entertainment nearby. We stayed one night after booking two rooms for three people, but at reception they saw only two of us and decided to give us just one. Once we explained that two rooms were reserved, they did provide two side rooms, on the 36th and 37th floors. Calling this place “luxury” sets a pretty high bar, and the rooms didn't meet it. There were no robes, soap, conditioner, or body lotion. Half the toilet paper had already been used, the table napkins were gone by morning, and the hand shower didn't work. In the intense heat outside, the air conditioner kept jumping between 16 and 28 degrees Celsius. The lights went out five times in one day, and our stylers didn't fit the outlets. When we asked reception for an adapter, they told us to buy one ourselves without batting an eye. There is just one working elevator to the 40th floor, while three others are out of order, so expect to wait. Also, there is no pool. When I brought it up at reception, they looked at me as if I was crazy and laughed in my face. I absolutely can't recommend this hotel.

The price and surroundings are very good, and there are lots of foreigners around doing things. The room cleaner finishes work too early.
