A clean room and a nice place to stay if you have a vehicle.

The rooms were dirty, and the advertisement was wrong. There was no spa and no laundry service.

On my second visit, I found the rooms quite pleasant, especially the ones downstairs, and the bathrooms have an impressive design. The price is reasonable, though the location could be better.

The staff were responsive and well behaved, and my stay was very good overall. There can be a little daytime noise because it’s in an industrial area. The bathroom needs some extra attention.

The sheets were dirty, and although they changed them after we complained, the damage was already done. We were glad to stay only one night and leave early in the morning. Service was awful, the customer service was unfriendly, and staff couldn’t answer basic questions about the room or payment. It seems like it may once have been a rather nice hotel, but the neglected rooms and poor service really let it down.
