A terrible stay in this junk place. There were insects all over the apartment, and the electricity was cut because the tenant hadn’t paid.

Phnom Penh is just beginning its nation development, and there aren’t many hotels or serviced residences here, especially ones managed properly. This is a surprise in a good way, a quality place where people can enjoy quality living. It’s a serviced residence managed properly by Singapore operator Ascott Group, and one of the first few places like this.

The building management was overly restrictive, and there were many hidden extra maintenance fees. We paid for services but got very responsible staff. I’d say it’s highly not worth staying here.
