Our balcony was a breath of fresh air, though the room felt narrow and a bit cramped because of its size and design. We stayed for six nights, from Saturday, February 14, 2026, to Friday, February 20. We appreciated the welcoming atmosphere, warm service, and the hotel’s efforts toward sustainability.

I especially appreciated Mr. Kuen’s warm service. It made me feel like I was coming home, and I’d gladly return. The hotel was conveniently located, and the staff were very friendly and efficient. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The 24-hour room service was a fantastic perk for a business traveler. My only regret is not being able to stay longer.

There’s a mall about a 10-minute walk away, and most places in Phnom Penh are within a 10-minute ride for less than a dollar. The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern amenities, including a pool, restaurant, gym, and coffee shop.

The window view was amazing, and the nearby shopping mall was convenient. The service was kind and professional. Manager Ms.Mean was lovely too. Excellent hotel.

Guests got stuck downstairs in the parking lot, but no one from the hotel came to see what was going on. They don’t even take care of their own customers in the parking area. The website says parking is free, then they charge triple. Poor service! 😡
