At Bopha Bassac, the staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The place was comfortable, and everything met my expectations. I had a great stay and would consider coming back.

Everything was great, including the cleaner and the morning service. The night I booked was another story. I was there with my friend around midnight yesterday and felt stranded after I lost my key. The receptionist was busy playing a game and seemed to ignore us. He let me go to my room by myself. We didn't have a charger, and when I asked to borrow his, he didn't seem to care about helping a customer. If gaming is his dream, he can go home and finish it, lol.

The room was really dirty, with lots of insects. There were dead bugs smashed all over the walls, and I found several in my bed.

The breakfast was great. We ate there every morning and really missed it after moving elsewhere. Our room was super clean, and they cleaned it daily even though we told them they didn't need to. Staff were friendly and professional too. We loved staying here and will definitely return when we're back in Cambodia. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place in Phnom Penh.

It's in central Phnom Penh and a very nice place to stay. The pool costs extra ❤️. The night receptionist was a bit grumpy, but that's okay.
