The rooftop bar was a highlight for my husband and me. The sunset view was incredible, and we had a great bartender. We also slept really well, and the shower was fantastic. Staff were kind, the gym had what we needed for a good workout, and breakfast was delicious, especially the pastries and egg station. A great stay while passing through the area.

The rooms are nice, and the staff are friendly, though they could be more attentive. Breakfast felt chaotic, and both the food selection and quality were below par. Phnom Penh has much better hotels available. It was okay, but there’s room to improve.

Breakfast was pretty good, but the public areas felt greasy, perhaps because there were so many guests. The hotel itself is small and crowded. We were moved three times because the first three rooms smelled of sweat. The room we settled on was heavily scented with perfume, but we were too tired to keep looking.

I only wish I could have stayed longer. The service was courteous, gentle, and dignified, and housekeeping was prompt and efficient. Our sofa beds had been made up in advance and were spotless. Breakfast was exemplary, and the warm welcome at the front desk carried through right to goodbye. I loved the hotel from the start.

The staff team were wonderfully hospitable, with special thanks to Mr Bona Try (Front Office Manager) and Mr Ravinder Singh Manhas (Asst Director of Food & Beverage) for their amazing work and hospitality. Our Executive Large Corner Room 1206 was spacious, modern, and in excellent condition. Breakfast on the 1st floor was very good, and the level 20 executive lounge served good food and refreshing evening snacks. There’s also a very good gym and swimming pool on level 20. Highly recommended, with 5 stars service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
