I booked and paid in advance for five nights because I was tired and hungry after a long journey and didn't want to spend time searching for somewhere else. I can't get my money back, but I don't feel safe staying here. The bedding was dirty, the sheets weren't fresh, and the blanket didn't have a proper cover. The place is old and unclean, and it smells bad. The receptionist was arrogant and didn't try to understand my problem or explain how to lock the door properly. When I asked him questions, he brought in another aggressive guest and told me to ask that man because “everything is fine here.” How could that person know what I was asking? In the end we had a serious argument, and staff let him yell and swear at me. I was completely hysterical. The whole situation was deeply upsetting and unprofessional. They seemed to provoke arguments instead of helping. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The room was good value, with good Wi-Fi and free water. The staff were very helpful, and they offer laundry as well as bus tickets with free pickup from the hotel. I had a great experience and would stay again 😇😇

It’s in a handy spot near the local market and national stadium, and there are plenty of things to do. They also offer laundry and food delivery. The room was nice and comfortable for the price, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend it.

Lee-Ho at the front desk gave me a warm welcome and let me check in early. (Sorry if I spelled the name wrong.) This is my favorite hotel in Phnom Penh. The price is very good, yet the quality never felt compromised. The rooms are quiet and very clean, and they even provide extra toiletries. A good elevator got me up to the seventh floor. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, with just the right softness, better than beds I've had in hotels charging $10-30 a night. They leave the window open a little while guests are out, so the room gets proper ventilation and has no mildew or musty smell. I've had that issue at more expensive hotels. Thank you, everyone!!!!!
