Phka Kravan Boutique

The hotel is well located by the river, and the rooms are fairly modern and well kept. We stayed two nights and were reasonably happy, and the staff were really nice. I’d consider returning if they sorted out a few things. The WiFi was terrible, so working from the room wasn’t possible. We had to find another place to work, which was very inconvenient. There was also no cleaning or restocking of coffee and water between nights. When my friend asked, management said they were out of stock, but never followed up or brought anything later. The old, moldy chair outside the room was hard to understand, since I doubt anyone would want to sit on it. My friend had the same sort of dirty, moldy chair inside their room, so I guess I was luckier. The WiFi especially needs fixing, since I need to work from my hotel room.

The hotel was quiet and clean, with lovely views by the lake, though it’s about 1 km from the center. The price was reasonable, and the staff were very nice. We had a barbecue there, and the staff could help us get a motorbike too. We really enjoyed our time in Kampot, and Phka Kravan made the trip more comfortable. Highly recommended 😊😊😊

The hotel has nice rooms and equipment, and the setting is good and quiet during the day and at night. There’s no pool and not many food options, though, and it gets noisy early in the morning because of the fisherman neighbors. Still, I’d recommend it for a few nights.

It’s a small boutique hotel right by the river. Cleanliness was good, staff were okay, and there’s good parking for both cars and motorcycles. The price wasn’t bad, but comfort was low: the west-facing room stayed hot and didn’t get very cold. Worst part was the boat noise at 4 AM. It was really bad.
