2/10
The reception service was poor when I arrived around 11:00 PM. The gate had already been closed, so I had to open it myself, and the receptionist was unfriendly. The room at The House Boutique was in bad shape. It smelled bad and hadn’t been cleaned properly, with lots of dust on the bedsheets and floor. The toilet was dirty, the handheld shower leaked, and the hot water wasn’t working. Wi-Fi was extremely slow. The air conditioner was dirty and very noisy, which made it hard for me to sleep. Overall, a disappointing stay.

The service was incredible, and the hotel itself was really lovely. We got good value, but the rooms were insanely hot. Maybe we were just unlucky with a room that had weak air conditioning, but we struggled to sleep. After the first night I was in a pool of sweat.

The room was pretty good and the location nice, but the service was really bad. They kept forgetting our orders. Fried rice took 40min, and a smoothie took 1 hour.

10/10
From our window we had a beautiful view of the pool, which made the stay feel even more relaxing. The room was spacious, super clean, and very comfortable, and everything felt well maintained and welcoming. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend the hotel for a peaceful, pleasant visit.

10/10
The free drinking water refills were a nice touch, though the water tasted a bit off, so we bought our own. Maybe the filters need servicing? We’ll definitely come back. The place was beautiful, the beds were the most comfortable we had on our trip, and the staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was great, with a good range of options.
