The Royal Palace and National Museum are very close and easy to reach on foot, so exploring from the hotel was convenient. I had a comfortable, restful night at Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh. The room was clean and very nice, and the property felt modern and well maintained. The staff were attentive, professional, and incredibly friendly throughout my stay. Their service really made the experience better. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phnom Penh.

The staff made the biggest difference for us. Everyone was welcoming, genuinely kind, and so friendly, with a helpful attitude and positive energy that made the stay feel special. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, and the design was beautiful. We felt comfortable and at home. The food was absolutely delicious, with lots of variety and fresh ingredients each day. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back. Highly recommended. ☀️☀️🥂

The lounge called 'the attic' was handy for drinks and light snacks, and our Regency suite upgrade made the three-day stay comfortable. The breakfast and lounge selection felt smaller than at Regency hotels in Thailand, Malaysia, and elsewhere, though it was enough. The hotel sits right in the middle of the action, and the staff were especially friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here for the location and people.

The Christmas tree lighting was a lovely experience, and the GM and marketing team did a great job putting it together. We only had two nights, but my partner and I were taken with the place as soon as we arrived. Monita, Chariya, and Saman welcomed us, helped with our bags, and showed us around. Our room looked over the pool, with views of the royal palace. They surprised us with a beautiful cake for my birthday and anniversary, too. The property blends modern touches with old French architecture, and the lobby is in a building over 100 years old that, as I understand it, was home to many princesses. The food was delicious, and the ladies working there made each meal feel special. Thank you, Sreyneang and Leakhena. The staff were amazing throughout, and I’d absolutely come back.

FiveFive Rooftop Bar was a highlight, with tasty cocktails, a good food menu, and what I thought were the best views in the city. On weekends the DJ adds a great vibe. The pool area also felt cozy and inviting, just right for unwinding. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well designed, a good place to relax after exploring. Breakfast was amazing, and lunch and dinner were just as impressive. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. A wonderful, memorable stay at the Hyatt in Phnom Penh. Thanks to the team for making it so enjoyable.
