The hotel is in a quiet spot with a nice pool, and Pub Street is just a short walk away. I got a great deal staying here right after the big festival. Service was great, and everyone I met, from security to the bartenders and receptionists, was friendly.

The staff were polite and the food was acceptable, but those small positives didn't make the room or maintenance feel any more cared for. We booked well ahead hoping for one of the better rooms, ideally with a window and natural light. Instead we got a windowless room with a strong rusty-metal smell, which made us uncomfortable from the start. The price seemed fair for the location and service, but the parking also concerned us. Vehicles were left outside without visible security, and there was only one person at reception overnight. For somewhere that first appears reputable, the lack of attention to room assignment, cleanliness and safety was shocking. Management should address those basics if they want guests to come back.

We spent a month at Central Blanche Residence, and the kindness of the staff, from the manager to the servers, is what we enjoyed most. We were even invited to a staff member's birthday party and had so much fun. It felt like true Cambodian hospitality, and we'd recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a lovely stay in the city. It's just outside the centre of Siem Reap, but the necessary amenities are within walking distance. Our large room had a spacious bathroom, big windows and plenty of natural light. The hotel serves a fantastic breakfast with lots of choices, fresh fruit and eggs cooked to order. There's a pool, and the rooms are cleaned every day.

The rooms are huge, very clean and full of natural light, with balconies in some of them. Bathrooms are spacious and have hot water. There's free drinking water, good Wi-Fi and strong air conditioning. For under $20, this felt like a four-star stay. Central Blanche Residence sits in a quiet, peaceful area close to everything. After visiting the temples, the clean pool was a great place to unwind. Breakfast has a good range of choices, and the staff are very friendly, patient and helpful. They'll arrange tuk-tuks or Angkor Wat tours, or help with whatever else you need. Fantastic value.
