The location was a real plus, near popular places and restaurants but still peaceful. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety and quality food. I also found the room clean, modern, and thoughtfully arranged, with comfortable bedding, a spacious bathroom, and reliable Wi-Fi. From arrival, the staff made things easy with a warm welcome and smooth check-in. Everyone I met was attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. They were glad to help with transportation, local recommendations, or extra amenities. I had a wonderful stay at Jaya Suites Hotel. It offers great comfort, warm hospitality, and good value. I'd happily return on my next trip and highly recommend it to visitors.

The small pool and beautiful fish pond at the entrance were nice touches. Jaya suites is in an upscale, quiet neighborhood, far enough from phnom penh's hustle while still just a $2 usd ride from tourist attractions. Our room was clean, and the free breakfast was a plus. The accommodations were adequate, though I missed having a microwave in the room and chairs on the balcony. We booked six nights through Agoda for $490 usd, and I would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel staff are warm, polite, and provide good service. The food is delicious, and the pool is quite clean, with swimming available from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. It's a nice place to stay if you want to see some of the Khmer people's ancient heritage.

My room was clean, stylish, and set up thoughtfully for a comfortable rest. I also enjoyed a fresh, delicious breakfast each morning. From the calm atmosphere and tasteful decor to the genuine hospitality, Jaya Suites Hotel made the stay feel special. I arrived to a warm welcome, and the service stayed impeccable throughout. It works well for business or leisure, and I left with lovely memories and would love to return.

The room was bigger than I expected, with separate spaces for a living room, library, and bedroom. The reception staff were welcoming, and the service felt thoughtful.
