Panda Angkor Inn

Han, his family, and the staff were always pleasant and very helpful. The inn was clean and in a quiet area, a little over 1 km from the night market. Its restaurant served delicious, affordable meals for $3. For $18 a night, the deal included breakfast and airport pickup. My room had two beds, a bathroom, and air conditioning. WiFi was sometimes weak in the room, but strong in the hallway and reception. I highly recommend this inn.

I stayed nearly two weeks and found the rooms spacious and inexpensive, with comfortable beds and decent showers. I didn't choose an aircon room, and it got pretty sweltering, even at night. An aircon room costs $3 more. Breakfast and filtered water are included, and there are bikes you can use for free. The food was very tasty. I had lunch and dinner there too. There's no pool, but the eOcambo resort is just across the road and lets you use theirs. You really should buy something, although nobody ever made me. I did, out of respect.

We ate most of our meals here, and the food was tasty and reasonably priced. Laundry service was available for $1/kg, about the same as nearby. If you leave before breakfast, ask Han and he'll pack one for you. He can also arrange a tuk tuk at a fair price, so it's worth waiting until you arrive to hire one. Our room had comfortable beds, a private bathroom, and air conditioning. It's on a busy street across from a metal shop that starts up early, but we barely heard it from the room. WiFi worked in the room.

Han and his lovely family made the stay a real pleasure. He's a genuinely lovely guy with a brilliant sense of humour, and he works hard to give guests the best hospitality he can. This is a fantastic guest house, definitely one of the best we've stayed in on our travels. We'll definitely come back when we return.
