The rooftop pool on the third floor was a real gem, perfect for unwinding. We spent two nights at The Aviary Hotel and had a great time. It’s very central, close to the main spots in Siem Reap, and getting around was easy. The hotel is clean throughout, with a nicely planned layout linking several structures. Our room was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable. Service was excellent, with genuinely kind and attentive staff, as you find throughout the city. A very pleasant stay, highly recommended.

The whole room felt peaceful and relaxing, with a super comfortable bed. It was modern, cozy, and really clean, and I loved the décor. Had a great stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend it if you want a stylish, comfortable hotel.

We got an upgrade because the hotel was in a bit of a lull, which was a lovely surprise. The rooms are beautiful and the hotel feels modern and comfortable. The breakfast was disappointing, though, especially for a 4-star place. Staff were very polite, but didn’t seem comfortable enough speaking English to offer local recommendations. They did fine otherwise.

Great location, rooms, and service, and the rooftop bar happy hour is really good. I’d stay here again, even if the small bugs came back. Still, a lot went wrong during our stay: there are two pools, but the lower one was out of order; of the two lifts, only one worked, and sometimes neither did. The electricity kept cutting out. I wanted to give it five stars, but there were just too many issues.

Even with such a central location, my room was quiet. The staff remembered my name and preferences, which made the service feel personal. Fantastic location and top-tier service. Loved it.
