A friendly staff and a clean, simple room where the aircon and shower both worked. The internet was slow and kept cutting out, though. There are groceries, laundry, coffee, and other useful places close by. Good budget choice if you just need a functional room and don't mind unreliable wifi π

For the low price, the room came with a fridge, air conditioning, a fan, and a hot shower, so it wasn't bad value. Still, I wouldn't call it one of the better places around. The room was small, with a window facing the neighbors' wall. The floor was clean, but the walls in both the room and bathroom were dirty, there was gum stuck beside the bed, and the sheets had stains. A few small fixes would make a difference. The AC barely cooled, and the fan worked, but its switch cords were missing, making it awkward to turn on or off. The bathroom tap wasn't properly fixed, and without a mosquito net on the window, we got a lot of mosquitoes. Staff were friendly and helpful, though twice they didn't give us the information we needed clearly.

Handy for restaurants and the city center, and the price was very good. The staff were friendly, and there was someone at reception around the clock if we needed anything. Wifi was good too. The room felt old and a bit run down, and the decor made it look dirty even though it actually wasn't.

The room was wide and simple, with a long bathroom. They supplied a toothbrush and soap, plus toothpaste, though the toothpaste tasted weird. There was also a kettle with coffee sticks, a mini fridge, and lots of TV channels. A few drawbacks: there were lots of mosquitoes, cleanliness was only moderate, there was no water dispenser, and the door lock didn't feel secure enough.

We paid $15.20 for a two-person room, which had plenty of space. It was clean and came with water, towels, a toothbrush, soap, hot water in the shower, and a fridge. The bed, pillows, and blankets were comfortable too. The AC ran but didn't get quite cold enough, so it was good there was a fan as well. The staff were really nice and even offered complimentary drinks. The neighborhood felt clean, and we could walk to Orussey market. For Phnom Penh guesthouses, I'd call the price decent, though not especially cheap.
