The casino has a cool feel, and there are some decent shops, including interesting duty-free stores underground. I’m not sure how that works, but you do have to show your passport to buy anything. The table games are nice, though most of the slot machines seem to be the same game. It’s a beautiful place, but the cigarette smoke in the casino was too much for us and really detracts from it. We’ll stop again, though it’s not a must-see.

Be careful when staying here. During cleaning, someone took my wife’s jewelry, worth about $5.20, from an inside pocket of our backpack. I filed a report, but the manager didn’t help resolve it. We stayed in room 717 at naga1 from 19.01 to 10.02.

The buffet breakfast team deserves a special mention. Head Chef Chanthea Thong and his staff are always smiling, and you can tell the food will be fantastic. At check-in, Guest Service Manager Joann Chit A Rapal was just as memorable, very efficient and friendly, and she went out of her way to make the stay enjoyable. For me, this is one of the best hotels in phnom penh. I recommend Nagaworld 2 1000 percent.

I’ve stayed here more than 10 times, and it’s still the only hotel I choose when I’m in Phnom Penh. The staff are kind and helpful, and I like that they scan and check bags before guests enter. They keep changing the hotel’s theme, which makes it beautiful and fun for photos. It’s been a great value for my trips. All the best, Nagaworld Hotel. Hope to see your Naga 3 hotel soon.

😊 Miss allen was so friendly and efficient, and got our check-in done really quickly. We were very happy with the breakfast, and the hotel was super comfortable. Thankyou, highly recommend! 😊
