Tey at reception was especially courteous and kindly offered an early check-in, which I really appreciated. The stay was comfortable and pleasant, with spacious rooms and a quiet atmosphere. I've stayed at many hotels across Phnom Penh, and this one stands out. It's a little away from the hustle and bustle, but taxis are always easy to get, so that wasn't an issue.

The location is a bit outside the city centre, but there's a shuttle bus into the city. Rooms are spacious, well equipped, and some have a washing machine and small kitchenette. Breakfast was good too. A very nice hotel, highly recommended.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and quiet at night. The mattress was great, and the pillow wasn't too high. The gym is good, though some guests didn't shower and smelled bad. The pool design isn't great, but it's okay. Coffee in the lobby is very convenient, and the salads are good quality. Sense restaurant was the big disappointment. Apart from the lok lak, the other dishes were no better than an average local restaurant's food for 2/3$, and weren't tasty. I'm still giving the hotel and room five stars because they're great. I really recommend it.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast was well worth it, with lots of variety and high quality items. This really deserves five out of five stars. I'd definitely come back!
