The team were friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant, and I appreciated their efforts. The gym was the biggest letdown: it didn’t seem clean, had no fresh towels or water, and some of the equipment felt unsafe or awkward to use. A few weight plates didn’t fit the bar properly. Air conditioning would also make the room more comfortable. Breakfast was okay, though below what I’d expected. The coffee machine was broken, but the staff kindly offered to make coffee elsewhere. I appreciated that, though the pastries could be better in both range and quality. I enjoy coffee and a pastry in the morning, so that was disappointing, especially since taking them back to the room wasn’t allowed. There’s room to improve how the facilities match what’s shown online and make the stay better.

The rooftop pool was the best part, with a lovely view, especially at night. I also found the food excellent, with plenty of Asian and Western choices. The front desk staff were welcoming and professional, and my room felt clean, comfortable, and luxurious. I had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.

I felt respected throughout my stay, and the staff handled any issues quickly and discreetly. The hotel is tastefully furnished in calming colors, with nothing that bothered me. Everything was spotless, the linens were fresh, and the hot shower had great pressure. I really enjoyed my time here. Thank you.

My granddaughter and I both felt at ease here, and the quiet surroundings let us sleep without disturbance. Our room was bright, clean, and had everything we needed. The staff were polite and especially warm with my granddaughter. Thanks for making us feel welcome and cared for. We’ll definitely return.
