I stayed for a week in June 2021, and Regent remains a welcome fixture in a Phnom Penh that's always changing. The room was clean and large, not ultra-modern, but had all the amenities I needed. It's easy to walk to the riverside, palace, Ind Monument, and BKK from this great location. The place is a calm, friendly hangout for PP's Thai community, with nice staff and a relaxed vibe. Their "Basil" resto serves excellent, authentic Thai food at great prices. A friendly Thai oasis with a nice room and affordable meals.
