Every detail in the hotel felt carefully considered, from the pool and lobby to breakfast. The staff treated us like family while making us feel like royalty. They brought gifts and surprise treats, and often took care of things before we had to ask. It honestly felt like heaven on earth. Malika and Nai from housekeeping were like angels, tying up cables, marking pages in our books, turning down the bed, and running a bath when we asked. I can't recommend this place enough. We'll be back every year. Thank you, Lou Anne, for such a special stay, and thank you, Malaky and Rihk, for the Avocado cocktail π₯

I was especially grateful for the generous upgrade to a Junior Suite and access to Club MillΓ©sime, which made the stay even more comfortable. The atmosphere and hospitality were 10/10, and the experience at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra was flawless from beginning to end. Although it's a larger hotel than boutique luxury places like the Raffles, the welcome and service were still highly professional. Compared with my stays at Sofitels in Seoul, Munich, and Kuala Lumpur, this property stands out by a lot, and it far exceeded my experience at SO/ Bangkok. If I return to Phnom Penh, I'd book here again without hesitation. Thanks for making the trip so memorable!

Breakfast was a real highlight. The live cooking stations had plenty of fresh food, and the fried noodles, soup noodles, and eggs I tried were all very satisfying. A little less salt would have brought it close to perfect. The hotel's location and service both deserve five stars: it's well situated, and the staff are consistently warm, attentive, and professional. The rooms are still comfortable, but they're beginning to look dated, especially the decor and TV, which detracts a bit from the experience. A very solid stay, with outstanding service and breakfast. Updating the rooms would make this an easy five-star experience.

I celebrated my birthday with my husband, and the whole team went above and beyond. I got a room upgrade and a lovely surprise with special birthday welcome amenities. Staff from the entrance through check-in and the lounge all wished me a happy birthday and called me by name.
