The room itself was comfortable, but the sheets were dirty, and when the people upstairs showered, water came down into our room. There was also construction right beside the pool, so it was noisy and the view wasn’t relaxing. The restaurant was filthy, with a disgusting floor, walls in need of fresh paint, and tablecloths covered in stains. Breakfast was a poor buffet, badly presented, with plastic wrap on the plates. Lots of waiters were there, but they weren’t doing anything. This was the worst hotel we stayed at during our Cambodia trip. I’d advise choosing somewhere else.

The ground-floor rooms have already been renovated and have nice decor. Some face the pool, which is quite nice, though it overlooks construction; the others look toward a wall and some hotel laundry. The decorative pools by the pool-facing rooms were filled with fish and algae. There’s free WiFi, a mini fridge, a safe, working AC, and plenty of lighting. Some outlets are international, but most suit US or European plugs. Breakfast was okay. Staff did respond to complaints, and the doors had decent security, but some wouldn’t close properly. We also needed extra key cards and ran into several repairs during our stay. It’s still being renovated, cleanliness was below average, and some rooms smelled bad.

We were there at 8:45 and the breakfast was completely gone, so they offered us eggs. That seemed odd because the hotel was nowhere near full. The place didn’t look like the advertised photos and was quite far away. It was passably clean if you didn’t expect much. We had no other option at the time, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re in the same position.

We got to Sihanouk Ville late, around 9 pm on April 19, 2017, exhausted after a long trip by land, and decided to check in here. The staff were friendly, and our room was nice with a comfortable bed. Breakfast came with the room, tasted good, and had plenty of choices. Good hotel in a great location. Recommended!

We’d already checked out when we realized we’d left our wireless keyboard behind. The staff were very helpful when we asked about getting it back, and even arranged to send it by courier at no cost to us. The hotel was accommodating and kind throughout.
