I've been here at least seven times. Most of the service is good, and all the staff are patient, so this spa is still my favorite π

The Wi-Fi is awful and there's no cell phone signal. Unless you're exhausted, staying here could drive you crazy π€ͺ. There's no parking out front, and the rooms have a strong musty smell. The cleaning staff mistakenly took a guest's towel and didn't return it.

The rooms felt roomy and comfortable, and thereβs parking behind the hotel. The location is excellent.

Iβve stayed here twice, and both times the receptionistβs attitude was really poor. They were hard to understand and didnβt answer my questions properly. I canβt figure out why they act so superior.
