The rooms felt like a six-star stay, with lovely design, everything clean, and all the comforts covered, from a Nespresso machine to fluffy robes and a rain shower. The service across the resort stood out too. Manager Sean Saing arranged our family holiday from beginning to end with real care and professionalism. Service manager Ravy and the other managers and staff were clearly focused on guest satisfaction, which makes this place stand out in the area. There’s plenty to eat here. Several restaurants have high-quality food and menus for different tastes. The pool bar is spacious, with attentive waitrons, lovely cocktails, and a good pool menu. Further along, there are more restaurants with great seafood, plus a small dessert shop with delicious mini cheesecakes for a sweet tooth at any hour. For nightlife, there’s a classy club on site. DJ Dave played great music, and manager Marie made sure guests were comfortable. There’s also a casino with meals available 24 hours a day, and assistants can help if you’re unsure how the machines work. We had a lot of fun. If you’re heading to Koh Rong, it’s an ideal stop, less than five minutes from the ferry. The hotel provides complimentary transport and helps arrange your booking to the pier. After staying at hundreds of high-end hotels around the world, this is definitely one of my top five experiences. A five-star rating feels too low for what you get, especially at such an unbelievable price.

The beach bar was nice, and the place was clean with a great view. The pool stays open until 11 pm, and there’s a gym and spa too. It’s part of a hotel and casino. A good spot to relax and enjoy the scenery.

The restaurant was lovely, with delicious food, and breakfast was superb, both in variety and quality. We felt well looked after throughout our stay. Staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind from the moment we arrived. We also got a free airport pickup and a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. Everything was handled with care and professionalism. We had an amazing stay and highly recommend the hotel.

We only ate at the restaurant and didn’t stay at the hotel. Our waiter was friendly and took the order correctly, but for a group of eight they should have brought more than two menus. We tried Japanese, Chinese, Thai, and Italian dishes, and the food was disappointing and overpriced for its quality. The Chinese and Thai dishes were mediocre, the Japanese food didn’t resemble what I’d expect from Japan, and the pasta didn’t follow Italian recipes. I got a mound of plain rice with a thin layer of salmon on top. My son’s spaghetti carbonara was overcooked and came with artificial cream, raw onion, and lots of smelly bacon. The salmon steak was overgrilled too. We waited about 30 minutes, and one dish was forgotten. Don’t be won over by the interior and atmosphere, they weren’t attentive to the food they served.
