Having my own spacious place after weeks in hotels was such a treat, especially being able to make breakfast myself. The apartment had a separate bedroom and sitting room, a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, and even a washing machine in a small room. It was smart and huge, and very good value. The location worked well for walking to the central sights and river. There’s a supermarket right next door and another one close by. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. I think someone is there around the clock.

The staff were lovely, and there’s a decent mini-market right next door, with bars and restaurants just a few minutes away on foot. I stayed a week in a roomy one-bedroom apartment on the second floor. It had nearly everything I needed: a microwave, water cooler with hot water, big fridge, two good air-conditioning units, and an older but fine TV with plenty of channels. There was a washing machine on the small balcony. I slept fine despite a little street noise. Dishcloths for washing dishes were the one thing missing.

The tuk tuk drivers out front were really helpful, and having a convenience store downstairs made things easy. Comfortable place.
