The sofa bed in the living room was broken, with its back legs missing, so it was unstable and unusable. Hygiene was awful throughout: the toilet was filthy, there was mold on a pillow and on the bathroom walls, and the whole apartment smelled damp. The bedding was stained, dirty, and smelled terrible, as if it had not been changed for weeks. When we complained and asked for clean sheets, they brought us another used, dirty set. We felt uncomfortable and unsafe sleeping there. This was one of the worst places we have ever stayed. It should not be offered to guests. Save your money, nerves, and health, and avoid it.

I learned pretty quickly that you get what you pay for here 😅. When I first arrived, tired and not knowing the place, I booked a room without looking at it. The building in front of reception was poorly maintained and had a strong fish-cooler smell. Later I booked again and found the rooms in the building above reception much better. So if you're booking online, look for SKY RIVERSIDE and try for a room above the reception area. Some negative reviews may be from people drawn in by the low price and online photos that didn't match what they found, especially if they got a room in the building facing reception.

I felt an electrical tingling or shock when touching or putting my hands near the shower line and metal fixtures in my bathroom. That suggests a possible electrical leak or grounding fault, and the bathroom does not feel safe to use in its current condition, especially when everything is wet. Please move me to a safe room, have qualified maintenance staff inspect and repair the electrical and shower systems right away, and confirm in writing once this is handled. We walked into the room and were back out a minute later. It was disgusting, with a bad smell, lots of flies, and dirty, sweaty sheets. The room looked nothing like the picture on Booking. We had no chance of staying there, and the bathroom was even worse, though I didn't take a photo of it. If you do decide to stay, don't pay cash, because you won't get your money back. Booking.com agreed to cancel the booking, but the hotel still kept the money.
