I spent 4 nights there and really enjoyed my holiday. It was calm, peaceful, and relaxing, and the pool and gym on the top floor were amazing. There’s a sauna too. The staff were super friendly and helpful, so I’d definitely stay again when I’m back in PP. Breakfast quality could improve, and they need to invest more in pest control for the mosquitos.

The full kitchen and in-room facilities made it easy for my group of four to host a small party during another great stay at Somerset Norodom Phnom Penh. The Guest Service team were especially attentive. Voleak, Justin and Bee recognized me as a returning guest right away, and they were always recommending that I ask if I needed extra kitchen materials or more linens. It was a truly comfortable stay with outstanding service. Highly recommended!

John, Bee and Voleak made the arrival and check-out especially smooth with attentive Front Office service. The room was clean, the bed super comfy, and the very soft pillow made it easy to sleep comfortably. As an ASR member, I also received welcome amenities featuring a local product. It’s a great hotel in a nice location, not far from Aeon Mall. Highly recommend staying here.

I stayed here for 4 months and never had a boring moment. The price is very reasonable, and the receptionists and cleaning ladies were so friendly and helped us with everything. The amenities are superb, with a rooftop pool and gym and a private room for hosting dinner. The one exception is that the TV doesn't have internet. The place is tucked away in a quiet alley but still near the center of Phnom Penh. Can't praise it enough.

The room is spacious, and the location is near Vasal river. The hotel lift doesn’t run as smoothly as I expected, and breakfast isn’t very varied, with fewer options.
