The breakfast buffet had a good range of choices, and the bed was very comfortable. I stayed five nights on a work trip; the room amenities were adequate and the welcome at reception was especially friendly. Ms Sophing and Mr Vathana at the cafe deserve a shout-out for their warm hospitality. They made me feel at home while I was away.

The lighting controls were a little confusing, especially for anyone less comfortable with technology, and there wasn’t a charging plug near the bed, so an extension cord might be useful. Still, I had a great stay. The room was lovely with a nice view, and breakfast had a beautiful selection. This classic property reflects Cambodian culture and history, and it’s close to Wat Phnom, an important landmark in the capital. The staff were friendly and supportive throughout my group’s stay. Receptionists and bell staff did their jobs very well.

The breakfast had a nice range, and everything tasted good. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, and the location felt peaceful and safe while being convenient for nearby attractions and restaurants. The staff and manager were so welcoming. Even with a bit of a language barrier, they were always smiling and ready to help. We felt it was good value and really appreciated the hospitality. A wonderful stay, and I’d recommend it to visitors.

Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices, and you could help yourself to as much as you wanted. The room felt fresh and tidy, and the staff were polite and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay at charming Subway Hotel phnom penh. The team were friendly and efficient, and the experience went well beyond what we expected. I really couldn’t fault it.

The rooms are large and the bed was comfortable. The staff gave us a fantastic, personal welcome, and the food was very good, with an excellent breakfast. The daytime menu could perhaps use a few more local dishes. There’s a gym, but unfortunately no spa service at the moment, and there’s no pool.
