Who is actually in charge here? The management is awful. They yell at you and won’t say where you can take a complaint. There are cockroaches throughout the place, and both the landlords and building management seem fine with it and won’t help. I’ve got videos and photos as evidence, including footage of workers to avoid. Cleaners have flushed shower parts down the toilet and then charged me for it. Knives have also turned up unexpectedly on balconies, as if someone had let themselves in.

The constant noise was a big part of why I’m eager to finish my lease. Construction and late night disturbances are common, and tenants slam doors without caring about the people around them. On August 5 at about 10:45 PM, there was loud banging near my unit. I went out after 11 and saw a barefoot man by the elevator, so I told him he was disturbing everyone. I regret signing a six-month lease. Roaches are everywhere and management does nothing. When I reported them at the front desk, the staff just stared and brushed off my concern. The front desk workers, especially the women on the morning shift, are rude and unhelpful. The elevators are often dirty, smell of cigarettes, and have trash such as cigarette butts in them. Sometimes the hallways smell like weed or smoke. This is a bad building to live in. Avoid it.

The rooms are large, bright, and nice, but it isn’t worth staying here. There are rats and cockroaches, and people shout around 2 or 3 in the morning almost every day. At night I can hear people upstairs dragging furniture and walking around. Although smoking is banned in the building, cigarette butts get tossed into the hallway. I complained to management many times and nothing was done.

I’m moving out, and anyone thinking of living here should know what it’s like. The lobby and elevator are very dirty, sometimes with animal urine in the elevator, and you’ll see cockroaches running around. There are over twenty floors but no parking lot. Property management is very poor, and the service attitude is bad. Staff are slow, and if you hurry them, they impatiently yell at you to wait. Electricity has to be topped up by card. When the balance runs out, they cut it off immediately, even at 3 a.m. You still have to go downstairs to pay, even if you’re a girl. Your usage depends on their system, and sometimes it costs $20 for three days.
