The location in the Riverside District was a big plus. My room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and there was hot water. The staff were really friendly, and breakfast was included each morning. I loved staying here and couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!

For the price, this was a good hotel, and the location made it easy to get around. The staff were good too. Both the room and breakfast were basic but fine. The big letdown was that the rooftop bar and pool were closed, which wasn't what I expected.

The man downstairs really stood out. His English was great, and he was attentive throughout my stay. I'd come back for his attitude alone. The hotel is in a winning location, and the large balconies have pleasant views, but in-room dining needs to be easier to access, and the rooms need a phone and proper room service. Staff overall were friendly and the service was good. There was work going on across a few floors, though it wasn't noisy. The upper-floor common areas had no air conditioning during my stay as a result, but the room aircon was fine. The pool is small, though pleasant, with a nice view.

We've stayed here twice now, and the staff are great and very attentive. The hotel has been completely remodeled, and the rooms are clean and cozy. The recurring problem was the air conditioning. We tried a few rooms and it wasn't working well in any of them. They did try to help by moving us, but they really need to sort this out when it's so hot there.

What I appreciated most was how much the hotel values candid feedback. They thanked me for sharing comments about parts of the room that need updating and said the feedback would help them keep improving each stay.
