We’d booked months in advance, then arrived at 3am to find out they were no longer a hotel and all bookings had been cancelled. No refund. We were left on the street at 4am with nowhere to stay. THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT BOOK!

I booked months ahead, but nobody told me the hotel was closed. I arrived at 4am, stuck in a city I didn’t know and with nowhere to sleep, on a dark, dingy street. I was told this keeps happening and that people before us had just slept in the road. Avoid this hotel. I’ve complained to so many booking services and am still waiting for a refund, reimbursement or any resolution. 100% avoid!! This hotel is closed.

We booked weeks ahead and now we’re sitting here without a hotel. A guy from the hotel told us it’s no longer a hotel, and that we won’t see any refund. It’s a scam, not recommended at all!
