The neighborhood is quiet, the unit looks good inside and out, and the amenities are nice. The reception staff are also very pleasant. But every day there was cigarette smoke coming through into the bathroom from a neighbor. I reported it to management, and they didn’t seem to care or do anything about it. The odor made me sick for days. The administration should enforce the indoor no-smoking rule or fix whatever faulty construction is letting smoke pass between units.

The lobby staff apologized afterward, explained that the night guard was new, and let me park inside. Still, around midnight, when I arrived to park, he didn’t help and later came over looking angry to say I couldn’t park there unless I was staying monthly. It felt rude and intimidating. The place itself was good, but I hope they improve how this is handled.

The service and room were okay, but the furniture had visible dust all over it. 😟

It’s close to Thai Hout market, has good security, and stays open 24 hours. The condo is clean and pleasant, though more expensive than others. Worth giving it a try.
