We booked this apartment through AIRBNB. The building was managed very efficiently.

I’ve traveled for 30 years and have never been this disgusted. In the first room, there was a large rat turd on the dresser beside the bed, and pigeon feces covered the balcony. I demanded another room, but there was another rat turd on the counter by the bathroom sink, plus a filthy balcony. I left and checked into Aquarius. I’m hoping Agoda will refund me. You’ve been warned.

The rooms are so cramped you can barely move, and the staff were unfriendly and completely unprofessional. They’ll come up with any excuse to keep your deposit. Horrible place. Avoid it.

The room was clean and nice, and the hotel’s location is good. We were on the sixth floor while it was under construction, but barely heard anything. The service was poor, though: there were no towels for the pool or workout room, no way to clean the equipment after using it, and the promised microwave and iron weren’t there. When we asked for towels, staff said they couldn’t help.
