We ended up adding four nights after our original five because we liked it so much. The staff, service, and food were excellent, and the hotel felt peaceful while still being close to Siem Reap's attractions. The people are what made this the best hotel I've stayed in across South East Asia. The rooms were the best I've seen in Cambodia by a mile. Local Sophorn offers tours right outside the hotel. I'd suggest negotiating directly with a real local to see another side of the city. There was so much to do that we didn't want to leave. I'm almost hesitant to write this in case it gets too popular.
