Emily and Nana’s lodge was a lovely place to stay, and Johnny and his family were very friendly. Johnny also sorted out affordable transport for us, including a free airport pickup. We stayed on the second floor, which has a patio; the building has beautiful tile floors, carved wooden doors, and a garden area for sitting or eating. Our room was spacious, clean, brand new, and had cold AC. The bathroom’s soaking tub was great. It’s a perfect location, a 10-minute walk through a local neighborhood to Pub Street and the markets, with restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores 5 minutes away. There’s laundry service right across the street. Definitely recommend. Thanks, Johnny and family! Not sure why Google calls this a youth hostel. It’s definitely more of a hotel.

We really liked this newly opened place, run by a friendly Khmer family. The manager and his daughter speak English well, and everyone was helpful. There’s a rooftop with tables and a nice view where you can watch the sunset. The small garden out front has hammocks for relaxing. It’s on a quiet corner, but the night market is only minutes away, and Pub Street and the old market are about a 10-minute walk. The rooms are spacious, with AC and WiFi. Would highly recommend :)

The owner was so helpful with arranging trips and even found us a private driver to Kampot when our flight didn’t work out. It’s a beautiful place run by a very friendly family. The garden is lovely, and the hammocks are perfect for taking it easy. The city center is within walking distance. Highly recommended!

I booked one night and ended up staying eight. The hotel is quiet, spotless, charming, and safe, and Johnny, the manager, speaks fluent English, as do the staff. They can arrange tours, bus transportation, and show tickets. There’s a full Western breakfast and Khmer dinner for a nominal fee. You can use the hotel refrigerator or kitchen stove for free, and there’s a tuk tuk driver on call, as well as points of interest a short walk away. Great value for the money, a bit of paradise in siem reap.
