From the street it looks unassuming, almost like a bank, but inside it's beautiful. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful, and even upgraded our room for free. The hotel is new and very clean, with lots of amenities and an easy walk to downtown and the night market. It's also easy to get a tuk tuk. The rooftop pool and bar were wonderful. We stayed four nights, would recommend it to everyone and will definitely go back.

The rooftop has a pool for swimming and a bar for food and drinks. The hotel is near the Night Market, and the rooms are clean with new TVs and lots of channels. Breakfast is included and delicious, and the staff are very friendly. A nice place to stay in Siem Reap.

It's a new, nice hotel, and I'd suggest it for a longer stay so you can enjoy your room as well as the temples. Some rooms could use extra furniture. Breakfast is very good and served in a pleasant rooftop room near the pool, or you can eat on the top-floor terrace.

I had a great stay, with a good location, free WiFi, a lovely rooftop pool, very good breakfast and friendly staff. The cleanliness could be better, and some rooms, especially the suites, need more furniture. They still have a few things to improve.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel is just a five-minute walk from downtown and Pub Street. Breakfast was okay, as was the swimming pool, though the pool area wasn't well kept. The Jacuzzi was broken. Towels weren't very clean, and the shampoo and soap were almost empty when we arrived and weren't refilled. The receptionists were kind but gave us some wrong information about the temples. The hotel provided free airport pickup. Our tuk tuk driver, Vireak, took us to the Siem Reap temples we wanted to see and shared some advice.
