The team here has a good vibe and a sense of humor, and they were willing to help whenever I needed it. I found them trustworthy. They arranged a bus trip for me and shared plenty of advice about temples and local life. The room was decent for the price, I slept well, and the balcony was nice. The fan seemed like it might fall off, though, and the door lock felt like a joke. The safe should be fine, but it’s something to keep in mind. It’s central and an easy walk into town. There’s a small pool and some decent music, which made it a pleasant place to relax. Don’t expect much from breakfast. Good place, though I hope they make a few improvements. The tuk tuk driver they arranged for our temple visits was excellent, highly recommend him. Breakfast was simple but decent. The hotel is close enough to walk to Pub Street, though it's not right in the middle of things. It was still pretty noisy, so I'd suggest earplugs. Hot water wasn't reliable, and the staff seemed to avoid cleaning our room even when we were out for plenty of time.

Right in the heart of Siem Reap, with the old market, Pub Street, and night market all an easy walk away. That makes it handy for saving on transport and spending more on food and drinks nearby. It's a lovely hotel, and I'd recommend it to all kinds of travelers who want a central spot. See you again, guys and girls.

The staff really stood out, everyone was cheerful and happy to chat. The hotel pool was a relaxing spot after Angkor, although food and drinks beside it cost a bit more. Also, when they say 'Cheeseburger', they mean cheese only, with no beef. Rooms are spacious and clean, with both aircon and a ceiling fan, which we used through the hot Siem Reap nights. Mosquitoes still got in somehow, though. We killed three or four buzzing around the room each night before bed. The price is reasonable and Pub Street and the night markets are under a five-minute walk away, or a one-minute Tuk Tuk ride for US$2. Skip the buffet breakfast. The toast and fruit were about the only good parts, while all the supposedly hot dishes were cold. The bain marie doesn't help if it's switched off. We found plenty of other nearby places to eat.
