We've been living at La Pax Residence for nearly three months and are happy with it as a long-term rental in Siem Reap. The price is good, the pool and apartments are well maintained, and weekly cleaning is included. It's very thorough, so the cleaner deserves a tip. The landlords, Sreyheang, her sister Kimhong, and their family, live across the road. They're friendly and quick to respond. The furnished apartments have two bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus an open kitchen, living and dining area, and a small balcony. They're solidly built, so you don't share walls with other tenants. There are three floors reached by a wide staircase, and Wi-Fi is included. Outside noise varies depending on the apartment and floor.

The owner is helpful, speaks excellent English, and is awesome. The building has a modern but homey feel and a great vibe. It's new, with a lovely pool surrounded by tropical plants, and the stairway is made from massive hardwood. Even the air smells like lemongrass. My two-bedroom apartment had beautiful hardwood flooring in the living room, two balconies, and three bathrooms. One bathroom had a big, solid stone bathtub. Everything felt like good quality, and the entrance doors use modern keycard locks that can also be opened with a combination code. I don't usually write reviews, but this place deserves five stars. I really recommend La Pax Residence!
