Hari Residence & Spa

The location is peaceful, even though Pub Street and the Night Market are only a 5-6 minute walk away. We loved the spacious, modern room and comfortable bed, and the rooftop pool had lovely views for unwinding after a day out. What really made our stay, though, was how thoughtful the staff were from arrival to departure. Reception welcomed us, breakfast staff greeted us cheerfully each morning, and housekeeping kept everything spotless. They also made our 4-year-old son's birthday feel special with a sweet surprise: a cute cake and room decorations, even though we hadn’t asked for much. He was over the moon, and the gesture meant a lot to us as a family. We had a wonderful few days at Hari Residence & Spa, beyond what we expected, and hope to return. Huge thanks to the amazing HARI family for making our son's birthday so magical! 🎂

The relaxing, safe, well-organized stay made our trip more enjoyable, and the food was excellent. We also liked the comfortable room, convenient location and friendly atmosphere. Everything met or even went beyond what we expected, and we’d happily choose this hotel again next time.

We stayed two nights at HARI Residence & Spa, and the whole property was clean with a great ambience. Our room was spacious, clean and relaxing. Staff throughout the hotel, from the front desk to the restaurant, were friendly and helpful. They even upgraded us to a deluxe room for free and arranged a late checkout so my pregnant wife would be more comfortable. We’ll definitely recommend it to friends and family visiting Siem Reap, and we’ll come back.

That rooftop sunset was a highlight, with an unobstructed 360 degree view. We stayed five nights as a family and really enjoyed it. The front desk staff always greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. Our room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was huge, the bed was comfy, and the smart TV was a nice bonus. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the old market and Pub Street area, with restaurants, bars and convenience shops nearby. A pleasant stay and good value for money.
