The rooms, walkways and pool were all clean, and the pool was great. The bar and kitchen were really top notch too. Most of all, thanks to the whole team at the Liza Hotel, especially Hory, Brathna and Sela. They welcomed me warmly and gave me advice whenever I needed it. They’re exceptional people. I highly recommend staying here if you’re planning to spend a few days in Cambodia.

The price felt reasonable for the service, and the location was convenient, close to many attractions. I had a great stay. My room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly. Thanks to houy and liza for being so helpful. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The pool was beautiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The cocktails were tasty and very reasonably priced. But the food was a letdown. The papaya salad, summer rolls and grilled cheese were possibly the worst versions we’ve ever had. In our room, the messy paint job and all the dead bugs in the light fixtures were disappointing, and every day we saw several cockroaches in the bathroom. It felt like their space, not ours. The rooms also didn’t look like the photos. I wouldn’t rule out staying here, but it definitely isn’t a 4 star hotel.
