kimyean at the front office deserves a special thank you. She greeted guests with a warm smile, made people feel comfortable, and spoke both English and Chinese very clearly. The hotel itself has a cool, fresh, relaxing feel, and my room was comfortable with a lovely view. It was my first stay here, and I had such a good experience that I’ll definitely return.

The sculptures and Khmer-style look made the hotel especially beautiful, and the rooms were large with good views. The pool is big too. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious, and the front desk staff were friendly. Kimyean was particularly welcoming and smart, and she also speaks Chinese. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to Pubstreet, and the hotel offers a free one-way ride into town if you’d rather not walk. Siem Reap felt safe and convenient to get around. Guests are also given cold towels and water. A good place to stop for a stay.

The pool is great, the hotel is clean, and the hospitality is on another level. My room was clean too, and room service did a wonderful job each time. Breakfast had a good range of choices, with staff checking if you wanted coffee and a chef making eggs the way you like them. The staff deserve extra credit. They were so welcoming, especially after a long day out, and the service was excellent throughout. There are free tuk-tuk rides to a few places in the city. I’d book here again if I come back to Siem Reap.

The hotel was just like the photos, which was reassuring, and the calm atmosphere made it a lovely place to rest after exploring the temples around Siem Reap. The surroundings are beautiful, and the whole stay felt easy and welcoming. Phat, Vou, and the reception team were especially attentive. They were warm and professional, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. We’d happily stay at Khmer Mansion Residence again.

We loved every minute at the Khmer Mansion Residence and were sorry to leave. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast had lots of options, and the wait staff made us feel like royalty. Everywhere we went, we were met with warm smiles and attentive, friendly service. We’ll definitely come back someday.
