Little Prince Resort & Spa

The staff are kind, and the decor is beautiful, but the hotel’s execution falls short of what the photos suggest. The place seems to be falling apart. Its strengths are the great location, huge pool, quiet setting, comfy beds, and big bathtub. Our room was dirty when we arrived. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom, and everything needed a good scrub. The air conditioning remote was broken, so we couldn’t change the temperature. The fridge shuts off when you leave the room. The bathroom had a funny smell, the hot water took about five minutes, and the shower head had no hook, so you have to hold the hose. Water pressure was very low, Wi-Fi was weak, and there was no TV or soap. With a bit more investment, this could be a very luxurious stay. I’d focus on the small details, deep clean the place, and fix some of the broken things.

The hotel is beautiful, with comfortable beds, kind staff, a great pool, and a safe location. But it has five star potential and only three star execution, and definitely isn’t worth the money. The room felt dirty and dusty. The AC remote had no batteries, the fridge turns off when you leave so you can’t keep food there, and the Wi-Fi was weak. There was nowhere to hang towels, no free soap or water bottles, and no TV. The doors stick. You have to hold the showerhead the whole time because there’s nowhere to hang it. Water pressure is very low, and it takes about five minutes for the water to get warm.

The two air conditioners were the only things in the room that worked. Some lights didn’t, the fridge was broken, and the showerheads were nearly broken too. The hotel doesn’t have half the amenities it says it provides. I don’t even want to get into the staff, but that grandma is really something else. The pool wasn’t very clean either. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life, and I’m never coming back.

I visit often to use the swimming pool, though I’ve never actually stayed overnight. The rooms look stylish and comfortable. The resort’s architecture is quite creative and unique, and the whole place has a friendly, chilled out atmosphere.
