Memoire Palace Resort & Spa

The pool was amazing, and the place has a quiet, calm feel with a touch of nature. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff responded promptly to our requests and were friendly throughout. Everything, from our initial inquiry to checkout, went smoothly. We had a wonderful experience at Memoire Palace. A nice choice if you’re looking for a peaceful stay with your little ones.

The staff made us feel welcome, and breakfast had a good range of choices. We were there on a family holiday, and our four-year-old had a great time, asking to go to the pool every evening. The room had all the essentials we needed. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it.

What stayed with me most was how warmly the team said goodbye after our three weeks there. I got a little emotional leaving. Selin and Soriya were particular standouts, though there were plenty of lovely people on staff. They remembered our coffee orders and greeted us with smiles every day, and even the security and parking staff became familiar faces over time. Thank you to everyone. We loved staying with you. We chose a three-week stay because we wanted time to get immersed in the culture. The hotel was a little outside the town centre, perhaps ten minutes at most. We hired a scooter, which was useful since we didn't want to rely on tuk tuks all the time and liked having the freedom to get around. Our Grand Pool Suite was quiet and very spacious. The room was cleaned meticulously each day, with fresh water left for us. The people and service made the stay especially memorable.

The team were so kind and helpful that we booked all our tours through the hotel, and everything was arranged really well. Memoire Palace was clean and well looked after, with a roomy bedroom, a comfortable bed, and a great shower with strong water pressure. We had a real pleasure staying here and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Siem Reap.
