Set in the historic district, New Riverside Hotel Siem Reap felt like a quiet garden retreat with contemporary Khmer design and warm hospitality. It was peaceful while still convenient, just a short drive from Pub Street, the Old Market, and the Royal Residence. It felt like finding a hidden gem in the city.

We spent three days here as a group, and it’s a memory for life. The rooms were cleaned daily, breakfast came on time, and the staff were always smiling. We especially enjoyed swimming in the warm pool after dinner. I’d recommend the service. Keep it up, there’s always room to improve.

Good value, with spacious rooms, breakfast facilities, a swimming pool, a 24-hour reception, and free parking. There’s also a spa and massage center, though it’s expensive. The main market area is a little far, about a 30-minute walk or 10 minutes by Tuktuk or car.
