The toilet was clean, and the stairs are easy for older people to use. There’s a well-designed little kitchen area that would work well for cooking if you’re with family, and you can hand-wash clothes there. The lighting isn’t bright enough for reading, and the service is very slow. I’m also not sure the free water is safe to drink.

The housekeepers were friendly. The male receptionist wasn’t, though perhaps that was because of the language barrier. Forget the TV and its channels, what matters is that my son enjoyed himself.

The male receptionist isn’t very friendly to everyone. It seems like he may greet guests based on how they’re dressed. The service wasn’t good, he didn’t do what he said he would, and guests’ problems weren’t resolved.

Whenever I’m in Siem Reap, this is the only place I check into. I’ve visited Cambodia many times, and I keep coming back because it’s cheap, nice and clean, right in the center of town, with good customer service.

The room is nice and reasonably priced, but breakfast isn’t included. There’s no food store nearby, and it’s a little far from the tourist spots.
