King Rock Residence

My first visit to Cambodia left me impressed by the warmth and kindness of the people, and the team at King Rock Residence was a big part of that experience. They handled a booking change by calling Agoda, and even helped me cancel two nights without hassle. The staff made everything feel easy and enjoyable. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities that made it a great place to rest after seeing Siem Reap. I wholeheartedly recommend the residence for a trip to the temples or to experience the local culture. The team made my visit memorable.

The rooms felt private and were very spacious and comfortable. We had luxury suite king rooms with an outdoor bathtub and patio. The decor, with all the plants and trees, made it feel like a tropical forest. The location is central, and many restaurants, spas, the night market, and 7/11 are within walking distance. Service from the front office, restaurant, and housekeeping was exceptional, and the hotel was great value for money.

We liked it so much we added a few days because we didn't want to leave. The rooms were spacious and clean, the service was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was amazing, especially the soup.

The jacuzzi room was large and clean, though a few fixtures looked worn. It was still a comfortable stay and good value. The location made it easy to walk to attractions and restaurants, and the driver and car for our airport transfer were very good. Service was excellent from FO Supervisor Mr Ho Kimnourng and Ms Bo Na, both patient, helpful, and attentive. A male waiter in the breakfast area also gave excellent service.
