Utey Hotel

The property looked nice and the staff seemed pleasant, but a few of us waited an hour to check in because our rooms were still being cleaned. Staff said checkout was at noon, so I’m left wondering whether management knows this happens or if it’s routine. After a full day visiting temples, you expect to be able to get into your room. I wouldn’t choose this place for that.

There’s a good restaurant next door, and it’s about a 7 minute drive to Pub Street. The hotel is friendly and works well for families or groups, with large rooms and plenty of parking. While waiting for my room, I could work in the lobby. They greeted me with a cool towel and welcome drink. Love Utey Hotel.

I found this hotel through a friend's recommendation and was glad I did. The room was modern, clean, and had a big shower. It’s reasonably priced for families and groups, and there’s good parking and a lovely lobby. I arrived late after a long drive, and the staff welcomed me warmly with a cool towel and drink so I could refresh. They’re well trained, friendly, and the whole stay made me very happy. The room felt cozy, and I liked the way the modern details mix with traditional decor. The staff were especially attentive and really made an effort to help. I had a lovely stay at Utey Hotel and would come back.
