Missing the hairdryer, no coffee in the room, doesn’t work the tv (no streaming, no live program). But the room is clean and beautiful and the service is excellent. The pool inside the hotel is wonderful. The environment is average but close to Angkor Wat temples. After 3 days I had to modify my review. The hotel’s environment very balanced between Khmer and western style (included the foods and the building and rooms) so I strongly recommend for western visitors. Really quiet place. Beautiful enclosed safe 5 star resort in a safe neighborhood. Easy to get a tuk tuk out front or walk to ATM, coffee etc. Staff is so friendly and welcoming, and accommodating during our stay. Went above and beyond to print my boarding pass, open the gym early for me, give us a late checkout, and had our laundry back to us same day. AC and well appointed rooms. Restaurant breakfast was great - there is a buffet of pastries and bread, juices tea and coffee, fruit, yogurt, salads etc. They also have a menu you can order as many main dishes for breakfast as you’d like - this menu was half Asian a

Amazing stay at Sarai. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Specifically Naza, the guest services person I worked with went out of her way to make sure my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The location was great - not in the main area and able to come back to quiet yet close enough to walk to nearby restaurants and cafes. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Would definitely book again!
