The staff are kind and welcoming, and the hotel is generally clean. The rooms and hotel overall feel a bit old and could use a spruce-up. The pool is smaller than it appears in the pictures, about 8x3 meters, and it needs better upkeep since there’s a little green algae on the bottom.
The restaurant is actually very good, and the staff are quite friendly. The rooms look much worse in person than in the pictures, and the hotel surroundings feel spooky despite being close to the city center. Management was awful: they cheated us over the free airport shuttle that was included in the price.
The staff are nice, and the hotel is okay. Air conditioning trouble meant I couldn't check in on the first day, so I spent a night at their other hotel. They charge 3.75 for the large bottle of water in the room, which is an absolute rip-off!
After travelling all day to reach the room we had booked, we were told at check-in that there was a problem with it and no other rooms were available. They offered to move us to their other hotel, much farther from the Central City. They could have emailed us before we arrived. It was a bad experience, and we ended up booking somewhere else.
The staff were really friendly and helpful, they were great. Rooms are reasonably priced, but the food and drinks are expensive, and our bathroom was poorly maintained.
