The staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile, and the service was quick and professional. I felt safe and relaxed throughout my stay at Sky Park Condotel & Residence. The location was quiet but still close to the city center and attractions in Siem Reap. My room was spacious, clean and nicely designed with modern furniture. I especially liked the balcony view and cozy, home-like feel. Everything was spotless. The rooftop infinity pool was stunning, and the fitness room was well maintained. It seems like a great fit for short-term or long-term stays. I had an amazing experience and would recommend it to anyone visiting Siem Reap!

We had a good stay, though the bathroom plumbing was frustrating. The toilet wouldn't flush properly, and after we called, it took an hour for a plumber to show up. They did apologize with a bottle of champagne. The room itself was nice. The rooftop pool was a highlight, with comfy loungers, towels available, and an open bar. We even went for a swim at 11:00 PM under the stars.

We ended up leaving after ten days of a month-long booking. They asked us to switch to a smaller room at the same price because a regular guest apparently wanted ours, which made us feel like less important guests. Mornings were also extremely loud: a nearby temple held ceremonies from 6am onward, with no clear end time, and the room's thin wallpapered walls did little to block the noise. When we asked for a refund for the extra amount we'd paid, they refused. Since moving us was their decision and we didn't have to accept it, I made a scene until they refunded us. Maybe someone else will get lucky, but I wouldn't recommend staying here.
