Everything was well organized, and the whole team worked hard to make sure I was comfortable and happy. Kimnai ans nirodey and the rest of the staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made the place feel so welcoming, and I really appreciate the care they showed throughout my stay. I had a wonderful visit and would definitely come back. Highly recommend! Bala

We spent two lovely days at Sokha Palace Siem Reap with our family. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the excellent breakfast had plenty of delicious choices for everyone. Ms Kimnai , Nirodey , Mr chamreun and Mr Virut were especially friendly and caring, always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made the trip more enjoyable. Highly recommended for families visiting Siem Reap!

We had a wonderful stay at Sokha palace. There was a wide variety of food at every meal, and the staff were welcoming, helpful, and smiling all the time. The reception team was a great help, especially Mr.Nirodey, Ms.Kimnai,Mr.Virut. Thank you.

This is a five-star experience at a three-star price. The room is a bit small, but the pool is as big as an Olympic pool. Breakfast works for people from every nation, including vegetarians and Muslim travelers. One downside is that service starts at 7:00, while many people in Cambodia start their day earlier. Staff speak English and Chinese fluently.
